We send our packages within the Netherlands and to Belgium with PostNL. UPS or DHL handles the shipment of packages to all other countries within Europe. Shipping within Europe is free of charge. The estimated delivery time for each product is indicated on our website. This will change when you select a different country.
Yes, we offer dropshipment free of charge. When your order is delivered directly to the end customer, we use a blank box. The order is accompanied by a packing list without prices and with your own contact details. The end customer will not see that the products came from Gomibo. Our dropshipment service is available as standard in your Gomibo Business account. For each order, you must indicate in the shopping cart whether you want to make use of this free option.
Please note: Dropshipment is only available for delivery within the same country as your (invoice) address.
A partial delivery will not be created automatically. Please send an email to business@gomibo.fr with the order number. We will then send you everything that is in stock. The product that is not in stock will be sent automatically as soon as it is back in stock.
That is correct. With large orders, we process partial deliveries in this way. The products are put on a separate order and we transfer the payment from the original order to the separate one.
As soon as the payment is in our system, we will ship the ordered products. If you paid by bank transfer it takes 1-2 business days for the payment to reach our system. If you've paid with a different payment method, your order will be shipped immediately.
If you approve the price quote before 17:00, the order will be processed on the same day. If the payment is also received that day, your order will be shipped that same day.
If everything is in stock and the payment has been completed, you can assume that your order will be delivered in accordance with the delivery time mentioned on the website. If the tracking code of the shipment does not give you any clarity, you can send an email to business@gomibo.fr. We will then find out why the package has been delayed.
As soon as the products are in stock, we will send everything. You can find the estimated delivery time on your account page.
